Travel with a Dollup case
Do you have a Dollup case? Girl, you need a Dollup case, it is the easiest way to travel with all your makeup conveniently all compact in a stylish clutch. Say ‘so long’ to rummaging around in a cluttered makeup bag filled with dirty and broken compacts. It was with this pesky problem in mind that Dollup Beauty founder Nikki Hynek invented the Dollup Case — a first of its kind makeup compact centered around simplicity, elegance, and organization. The case uses magnetic palettes that allow women to neatly store their customized personal makeup collection in one chic compact — perfect for dolling up at home or on the go. The cherry on top of the Dollup Case’s exquisite design is that its refillable qualities cut down on packaging waste!
Dollup conveniently also sells makeup in magnetic pots that attach to the case’s magnetic pallet, but if you already have ride-or-die products you can depot them to perfectly fit in your Dollup case.
Step 1: Hold a lighter under the container of the product you want to depot this will loosen the glue that keeps the makeup pan in the container.
Step 2: Use tweezers to pry the makeup pan from its container.
Step 3: Pop your makeup pan in your Dollup case!
Opt for travel-sized makeup
If you’re good with your current makeup bag, we would recommend using the travel-sized products that you have gained over the months from gift with purchase to conserve space.
Dollup Beauty’s bunny-soft makeup brushes are the perfect size for traveling and fit in the Dollup case.
Buy small reusable plastic bottles
Small reusable plastic bottles aren’t just perfect for traveling with your shampoo and conditioner, to take up less space try putting liquid makeup in them such as your foundation. You know you’re not going to need that entire one ounce of foundation, so squeeze enough foundation in a travel bottle for your trip and save the space!
You can find travel makeup kits as well that make finding the perfect sized reusable containers so easy. Check out the prettiest 11 piece pink travel set from Kitsch.
Pack multi-use products
Instead of bringing a cream blush and lipstick, opt for a product that you can use on your cheeks and lips to save a little space. This also goes for using the same product for your sparkly eyeshadow and highlighter, as well as using the same product for bronzer and a matte bronze eyeshadow.
We absolutely love to multi-task with the Ere Perez Carrot Colour Pot on our cheeks and lips!
